  • How are the shipping costs calculated?

The shipping and handling cost depends on the weight of the item. The shipping cost for items between 1-45 lbs. is $45, the shipping cost for items between 46-70 lbs. is $75, the shipping cost for items heavier than 70 lbs. is $150 flat rate. All weight info is listed on product pages, box and packing weight will be added to that. You can see the shipping cost you will get by adding the items to your cart. 

  • What is your shipping and handling time ?

We ship within 3-4 business days following your payment unless you pre-ordered an item.

Pre-orders will be shipped within the period given at the time of your purchase. 

 

  • What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all kind of credit cards and PayPal, just follow the instruction at the check out.

 

  • What is your refund and exchange and cancellation policy ?

We accept returns within 3 days of your receipt. If you like to return your item, please contact info@statementsbyj.com for return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You will get refunded in 48 hours after receiving your return. All items should be return in original package and condition. Returns within original package is not accepted. A restocking fee of $50 will be applied to each returned item. 

If your item gets damaged during the shipment, we gladly exchange it with a new one. You need to contact info@statementsbyj.com within 3 days of your receipt and send us pictures showing the damage, we'll take care of the rest. 

We gladly cancel your order if it's not shipped yet. If you like to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the real shipping cost (we charge minimal fee for shipping and pay most of the times more than the fee you pay to us) and $100 restocking fee. 

 

  • What is your customer service contact info ?

If you have additional questions about a product or your order, just contact info@statementsbyj.com, we'll get back to you within 24 hours. 

 

  • Where do you ship from?

We're located in Los Angeles, CA and ship from our warehouse located at 6341 Chalet Drive, Commerce 90040. Please note this is just a warehouse and we don't accept any walk-ins.

 

  • Do you ship internationally? What about Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska ?

Shipping fees given on our website are continental US only. If you are in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or out of US, please contact info@statementsbyj.com with your shipping address and the name of the items you like to get and we will give you a shipping quote. 

We ship international if you can arrange the shipping or provide a freight forwarder address within the US. 

 

  • Do you offer trade discount?

Yes, we do. Please send us your company info, website and resale number with the list of the items you are interested, and we will send you your discount.

 

  • Do you offer White Glove delivery?
The prices listed on our websites are for curbside delivery only. That means they will leave your product in front of your house, or at the ground level if you live in a building. If you prefer to have White Glove delivery for additional cost, please contact us at info@statementsbyj.com.
  • Do you do custom orders? 

All of our items are made in overseas, we don't accept custom orders below $10.000. The manufacturing time for custom orders is between 4-5 months.

 

  • I placed an order a day before your sale started. Can you adjust the price and give me a discount?

The discount is available only during the sale event. All orders placed outside of this period, won't be able to take advantage of discounted prices.
